The best truck wash and trailer washout around for 100 miles. The customer service is the best. The young lady working in the office is cool and sweet. The fellows out back taking care of the trucks are fast, efficient, and hard working. They have great prices on the service that they offer. Quite a shame that I had to drive out from Clovis to get great service but we'll worth it, because the Clovis truck wash is a joke. Don't even waste your money or time, come on out to Fast Stop Truck Wash, the title says it all.

They didn’t wash the motor on our truck and they left bugs all over the truck and we’re just not happy with what they did

Very nice people work here! I got a tractor wash, they did a really good job. They also have a lube bay, I got my APU oil changed (I had my own filter with me). They also have a dedicated trailer washout bay. You might want to call to see what kind of work they do there, I didn't ask, but it looks like they can do PM's there....

This place is a joke came for a load that was placed by them last Friday, they ran out of product now have to wait for rail car to be spotted , waiting time will be over 2 hours level of incompetence is astounding. Back again 40 minutes later and now a 2 hour wait for flake corn

Lady is the office is very rude. They stop taking in corn at 4:00pm Even if you’re 8 past 4 they will make you come back the next day.

This place is Fukn ridiculous!!!!. Be ready to wait 3hrs PLUS for 1Load!. They don’t even deserve 1Star!!!!

8/2024..I arrived for my drop and hook appt at 129p. It was originally scheduled for 8/21 @ 6p-8/22 @8p . You have to go over train tracks ninth the plant. Once in, stay to the right for reefer. Once you get to the gate, you'll go into shipping office and check in. The lady at the window was polite. Have your PO number ready and bring your license if you don't known by heart. You'll be given directions on where to drop your MT and then where to pickup your load. Once done they may bring out your bills or you may have to go in. There's a Love's about 25 mins away but there's not alot of spots there. Not sure of overnight parking at Cargill.

11/29/2024 There is construction at the gate, so be prepared to drive an extra few miles to make a U Turn if Westbound on US 60. Washout on site. Slide tandems or be charged. Bobtail parkking available, but noisy due to train & cattle trucks. Restrooms for drivers. Ruben at the front gate is smiling and pleasant. Very nice guy and helpful. The office woman was polite and efficient. Waits can be long, but it's a meat plant. What do u expect?

Drop & Hook OTR driver here... I don't come here often, but it's truly a pleasure when I do. The only time I'm ever here longer than 45min is if I'm dispatched with incomplete or incorrect information... The folks in the office checking us in & out are pleasant and professional. I've never encountered a bad attitude (even if I'm the one that had a crappy day)...

All the workers inside the office give no attention or respect to drivers just simply trying to check in and out. There’s always workers sitting around the computers, all on their phones and not even trying to attend to the drivers and when they do start to check you in and out they’re very rude and disrespectful to the drivers. Day and Night Shift.

The person in charge of unloading trucks at night could care less about his job. Sat for 10 hours waiting to unload because he didn't want to do it. Time to find a new job if you don't like the one you have. Not the first time this has happened.
